Mike Who?
Tucker had just been put down for a nap and I was thinking it sounded like a great plan to take one myself when Patrick plopped into the recliner and turned on the tv. He was in an interesting mood for a Saturday. Normally he would have been on the couch with me fighting over who got enough room to be comfortable, but no he had an agenda. Then it came on, the press conference. Yes he stood and clapped there in the living room. Arkansas Razorbacks announce Mike Anderson as the new head men's basketball coach. Really, I thought, you are going to wake the baby up over some stinking head coach announcement. Then they began to talk about the guy. Now Patrick didn't cry when he proposed to me, on our wedding day, or even at the birth of Tucker James. But now, yes now, when they announce that Mike Anderson is going to be head coach the man wells up with tears. (note that he did not actually cry, but his eyes did have water in them). I looked at him and asked if he was serious. He then proclaimed how great the man was and that he hadn't watched Arkansas Basketball since the guy left. He was just so proud of him. I just laughed and yes watched the whole stinking press conference. Looks like I will not only have to watch every football game next year...basketball is in now too...dang it!

Baby Williams #2
Yep we can offically scream it from the rooftops!
We are expecting Baby Williams #2. We are so excited. I think that Tucker is going to be the best big brother in the world...I've asked him if he wants a brother or sister and he replied "Bub". The only problem with that answer is that it could be a boy or girl because Patrick calls me bubba as a term of affection. (I don't understand it either). Well we just thought we would let everyone know. We went to the doctor this morning and the baby is measuring right on track. 9 weeks and 4 days. It's heart beat is at 180 and it was moving it's arms and legs like crazy...so sweet.

Patrick's Lesson
Well this week has been interesting. Patrick has stated that he has learned a very interesting lesson. I don't think he has learned anything, but what he says is what he thinks I guess.
The story starts out like every other lunch in the Williams' household, Patrick comes to the Bank, searches for the paper and after finding the sports section in random spots located around the Bank (thanks to Gary and the girls (they like to mess with him))he finally sits down for 5 minutes to talk and eat his sandwich. On this day he looked at me and said, "Honey I saw something in the Atwood's sale paper that I think I need." after rolling my eyes (yes we just bought a sprayer to pull behind the mower last week) I said, "What". He then states that it is a spreader, not to be confused with a sprayer. "This is for seeds and fertilizer" he said...I was like great! No, really I told him that we would talk about it when we got home.
Later that night I got home from work and soon after he called and said that he had to run by the co-op and get some ionic something-or-another to mix up to kill the weeds along with probably half of our yard. Well, 30 minutes later he showed up at the house, grinning I might add. I asked him what took so long and he said that the co-op was closed and he had to go to Atwood's to look for the ionic something-or-another but they didn't have it. That is when I knew something was up. He then stated, "Tucker bought me a Father's Day present". I had to refer him to the calander and let him know that Father's Day wasn't until June. He then pulls out the spreader he wanted. I looked in amazement. He has never just bought something I thought...He smiles at me and says..."forgiveness?" I just laughed and said, "wait till Mother's Day!" He then said with the straightest face ever, "Are you going to buy something for the yard too?" Ohhh my...my husband is amazing!
I guess you want to know Patrick's lesson...He now thinks he can get by with more if he just does it and then says "forgiveness"...haha we will see how long this lasts!
We have nicknamed Tucker "Linus".. He carries this blanket around most nights...I can't help but think he is too stinking cute.

Baby Kael's Here!
Well after 21 & 1/2 hours of labor little Kael Evan Morrison came into this bright world.
To start you off I would like to elaborate on my journey to get to hold him because who really wants the mom's version? Anyway we started out on our 5 hour trip to Lawton, OK early Thursday morning. (Tucker travels better in the morning) We made it to Henryetta where we ate some breakfast and Tucker got a cold sippy cup of 1%milk, yep that is all McDonald's had (stinking healthy people ruining my baby). After 4 & 1/2 hours of driving Tucker was done and he was going to make sure that everyone knew about it. Despite all of the screaming we made it to Sister's house where we were met with Davin and Poppy (mom's boyfriend). Tucker was elated, I don't know if it was from getting to see Davin or just being out of the car. We hung around there until around 7:30. The reasoning behind this was the fact that sister was still at a 1 and had been since 7 that morning. I was hoping that all the fun would start once we got to the hospital, boy was I wrong. The Cable was out at the hospital so after all the fun conversations had passed all that was left was the 4 walls. The doctor was scheduled to stop by at 8 and then 9 ohhh there was 10 but he was a no show...(this is a military hospital, so they make their own time up) finally at 12 he showed up and seeing how she was still a 1 he thought it best to break her water and start a pit drip. Note that the anesthesia guy had just told us that in his experience she would probably be sent home or they may break her water and that usually ended in a c-section. Needless to say I was a little apprehensive of "the late" "this is what we are going to do" man that walked into the room. But I guess he knew what he was doing because only 2 hours later she was a 3. Then all crap broke loose. The baby's heart beat was gone, all of a sudden no baby. Kortney paniced and started pushing the button like it was a morphine drip to a drug addict. Needless to say the nurse only needed her to hit it once...I told her to calm down, you could plainly see that every now and again the heart beat would show up. I said "now listen it just fell off his poor little head". As the nurses raced in and threw the covers back my father decided it was time to leave the room. Just so everyone knows I was right, imagine that, the heart monitor had just fallen off his head, but it was time to push. As my mother walked in with breakfast I was trying to walk out with it. Then something happened. You know they say when you die that you see a bright light? Well my bright light closed, yep they closed the door on me. So I thought I will hide in the corner and wait for Kael to make his appearance. Nope that wouldn't happen either. The doctor shouts you, points to me, come hold her leg...Yep she just laughed and said I guess yours looks the same..I told her probably but I had never seen mine from that point of view..Then they start raising her up. At that moment she screams, no not from the pain but from the fact I am standing on her urine container. I couldn't help but laugh hysterically. No one else did though? Anyway everyone knows what happened next and after only 3 pushes baby Kael came into this world. All 6lb 11oz of him. We finally got home Sunday afternoon and after only 16 hours of sleep in 4 days I couldn't hardly move, but I can always say it was an experience!
